| Abstract | Smart Working (SW) is one of the four smart dimensions of Industry 4.0 that has had a significant impact on companies' operational activities by integrating advanced technologies into the day-to-day operations of workers. To complete the transformation towards SW, it is necessary to accurately assess the success of SW technologies. This paper provides a detailed overview of SW technologies, features that characterize them, what are the goals of their implementation, and motivates the proposal to use a proven, comprehensive model for evaluating the success of SW technologies and systems. |
