Deterioration of water environment in the countryside has drawn much attention due to extensive production and waste water drained off without disposal in township and village enterprises. By analyzing deficiency of water pollution management and characters of water pollution, this paper proposes a water pollution management mode, based on the "Reduce" "Reuse" "Recycle", known as "three R" rules in the theory of recycling economy, suitable for the development of rural economy in Guangxi. This mode applies to the internal level, enterprises and the social level in order to promote the township and village enterprises' intensive and sustainable development, and thus effectively curb water pollution in rural areas. |
