| Abstract |
This work focuses on describing the use of Saponina as an alternative to profitable ventures and economic benefits in the Province of Ubate, with the ultimate aim of creating a sustainable source of employment and contributing to improving the quality of life of local producers. To this end, the topic was approached from a qualitative approach with a documentary des-criptive analysis that allows, through the collection of related information, to reach its own conclusions, well-argued and that can serve as a basis for other kinds of research, in particular, to state that there is an opportunity for the creation of companies that take advantage of the uses of Saponin as a core product in the manufacture of various goods, these companies would enter the market with a high added value, since they will be socially responsible companies that follow the principles of the Circular Economy and, in addition, have the support of the current government through the Orange Economy program. |
