Abstract The generation of waste from electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE) has been continuously increasing due to the obsolescence of devices. Regulations, such as Federal Decree No. 10,240 of 2020, have driven the implementation of reverse logistics (RL) in Brazil. In this context, this study aimed to diagnose the management of WEEE in the municipality of Londrina, identifying points of voluntary delivery (PEVs), actions, and campaigns carried out by the Municipal Environment Secretariat (SEMA), as well as the flow of receipt and management of WEEE, in a cooperative for the collection of recyclable waste, and in a private entity for the collection of WEEE. To achieve the objectives, on-site visits and website analysis of the management companies and the municipality were conducted. Based on the collected data, it can be concluded that the municipality has played an important role in the management of WEEE, due to the presence of local private entities, RL management entities, and various PEVs. Additionally, SEMA periodically promotes WEEE collection campaigns. On the other hand, areas for improvement were also identified, as the installed PEVs are concentrated in the central area, hindering access to the entire population of the municipality.
