| Abstract |
The reality in the academic order is tinged with a growing range of elements that, as a result of the boom in the development of science and the growth of knowledge, are shown as alternatives for transforming changes in the work, or even in the behavior itself, accompanied by the enormous need to assume new patterns in the face of the environmental, economic and social crisis that humanity is facing, requiring new lifestyles, implicitly, patterns of consumption. The objective of this work is to analyze from a theoretical-practical perspective, the reality of the Agricultural Sector in Cienfuegos for the implementation of necessary changes in its systematic socio-productive performance. The following methods were used: documentary analysis, non-participant observation, interviews with producers and in-situ observation for verification. As a main result, it was possible to assess in real time the status of the agro-productive sector in Cienfuegos in order to assume and implement the aforementioned changes. It is concluded that even with different names and theoretical bases, the fundamentals of these approaches to be considered in agro-productive management are the same, they need to be assumed in a systematic way, to be part of the strategy of each entity and to be accompanied by a process of training, monitoring and evaluation from their own indicators designed to verify changes. |
