| Abstract | The design, based on the rational and integrate concept, is combined with the features of circular economy. By the principle of combination of being economical, practical, beautiful, and rational, this plan aims at conserving recourses and reducing pollutions, and improving the quality and efficiency of the economic development. The higher goal of the plan is to achieve regional sustainable development, to promote the virtuous cycle of park eco-systems, to construct a new ecological, efficient, and convenient industrial park, and to form a model zone for the industrial visiting and tourism where people and nature co-exist harmoniously. |
