| Abstract | Every company is trying to achieve a competitive advantage and maintain sustainable business growth. Software development industries in Indonesia have a high growth potential. In line with technological developments, the need for software particularly applications has increased to support the activities of the government, education, business, or society. This paper attempts to describe the actual conditions of software development industries in Indonesia and also proposed a conceptual model by identifying the factors that influence software development industries to achieve the sustainable growth.
