Smart Cities make a good use of modern ICT and innovation idea to provide systematically creative, integrated of variety of services. In order to serve citizen's life a good quality, optimize management and services, enhance the efficiency of resource usage, a good smart city planning is in a big demand. Since 2014, professionals have started to consider Smart City planning and design for Chongli, in order to prepare the 2022 Winter Olympics there properly. Nevertheless, there is a shortage of cyber security consideration in current Smart City planning and designing. Although Yu et al (2018) discussed the Smart Cities development, but more works are still needed. Legal preparation actually is very important for Smart Chongli. |
