| Abstract | the evaluation index system of selecting cloud service providers is proposed according to the informational requirements of Small and Medium enterprises in the smart city and the characteristics of cloud services. The corresponding index system is suggested from three aspects which include the strength of cloud service providers, cloud service security and performance of cloud service system. The weights of indexes are calculated using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, and numerical example is also given to verify the effect. |
