| Abstract | With the promotion of the construction of smart cities, the number and types of various consumer electronic products are increasing, and the wide application of intelligent terminals has also brought massive consumer electronic data. On this basis, how to effectively analyze the massive data and then realize the intelligent decision is an important topic to improve the management and service level of smart city. This paper analyzed the effective data analysis and intelligent decision making of consumer electronic products based on machine learning under the smart city. Taking smart phones in consumer electronics as an example, this paper summarized the shipments and growth rates of global and Chinese smart phones from 2014 to 2021, and then cleaned and removed noise from the data to ensure data quality, and conducted modeling and analysis on the data. This paper randomly selected 10 regions in a certain region, compared the scale of electronic product consumption in 2022 and predicted 2023, and calculated its growth rate. This paper analyzed two intelligent decision application cases of intelligent home system and intelligent traffic management, and analyzed how to choose appropriate technologies and measures based on intelligent traffic management cases. This enhances data quality monitoring and cleansing to ensure data validity and integrity. |
