Abstract | At present, with the advent of ICTs, e-government systems are undergoing an important evolution which consists of providing fluent and simple services to their citizens. One of the e-government implementations is to create a form of interoperability relationship between different services at different levels: national level, state or district government level. However, government sectors face many challenges in using e-government services and adapting them to the needs of citizens as data and applications continue to increase, as well as migration challenges of integration and interoperability of these data. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution to overcome these challenges. Complex Event Processing (CEP) has emerged as a new paradigm for event-driven architecture (EDA) that can ensure interoperability and bring efficiency to an organization. At the same time, every government strives to become smart and increasingly interoperable and aims to help build a smart city through the use of a Business Intelligence (BI) solution and adopting new technologies. This paper proposes a hybrid approach for e-government interoperability and data integration using a combination of Datawarehouse and EDA-based approach. The purpose of this combination is to interconnect the data and applications of e-Government that are separated and isolated in order to communicate with each other at different government levels. |
