| Abstract | In connection with the acceleration of scientific and technological progress and the growth of labor productivity, road construction equipment is facing a difficult task. We are talking about a coherent, complex, productive work of equipment without loss of quality. Because of this, more and more often there is a technique with complex mechanization and automation. Among such equipment, machines for earthworks, namely auto graders, occupy a large specific weight. The road grader is a rather wide-ranging earth-moving machine that has earned its place in construction. This equipment has a number of advantages that are fundamental when choosing a construction unit for excavation on site. The relevance of this work is primarily related to the need to improve this technique, which will increase its productivity and reduce the specific gravity of energy consumption. Modernization of existing road graders will significantly affect the further development of construction equipment and will expand the boundaries of preparatory work of the roadway for future construction. |
