| Abstract | Nowadays, the construction of Smart City is important task in many cities in China. Based on the analysis about the definition and main contents of Smart City, the paper proceeded the System carding to the study and practice about the Evaluation Index System about "Smart City" around the world. Then based on the current situation of China, the author proposed an evaluation index system about "Smart City" which includes 3 phrases: preparation, operational management and Service evaluation. The system includes 8 domains: infrastructure, the humanities environment, the level of economic development, the e-government development level, government efficiency, the government management efficiency, the government service convenience, and security. The system which is grading, Strong objectivity, clear direction and Scientific and reasonable will benefit the healthy development of Smart City. |
