| Abstract |
Barcelona becomes a world reference when talking about a smart city. This paper determines the online reputation Barcelona has as a smart city from a content analysis of Barcelona in different online spaces. The aim of this work is to establish the online reputation of a smart city under the lens of the fuzzy logic, considering the Barcelona's experience as a smart city. This research starts with a review of the literature related to the concept of a smart city to establish the dimensions that configure a smart city, after this a content analysis of the principal online references is performed based on a possibility index. Subsequently, from the perspective of fuzzy logic, the content is analyzed, which allows knowing the most important aspects, positive and negative, related to Barcelona as a smart city. It is confirmed that Barcelona has a favorable online reputation as a smart city and, consequently, represents an opportunity for business, tourism, public policies and marketing investors. |
