| Abstract | This paper made a description of the smart city, which can make full use of information and communication technology are the key information, analysis, integration of city operation system, thus to the livelihood of the people, including environmental protection, public security, city services, industrial and commercial activity needs to make intelligent response, let each function coordinated operation of city in the city, and create a better life for human being. Concept of wisdom city includes city residents in all aspects of daily life, the city economic management, traffic, environment, and so on are included. This paper will also introduce in addition to the above aspects of practical wisdom, their life or to allow the public to experience the progress of science and technology, more convenient; let the city residents better into the natural ecological environment, enjoy low-carbon life wisdom. |
