Abstract The community's attention toward the so-called "Well-being" of people has grown during the last decades due to its importance in motivating people's daily lives and activities. It refers to good living conditions (e.g., housing, employment) felt by citizens throughout their daily routines. As a holistic concept, it is influenced by different factors covering different domains and topics, but due to their main influence on the whole body, healthcare and nutrition play a really important role in such a domain. Such increasing attention towards these concepts has boosted investments in both agriculture (for its role in the nutrition domain) and healthcare fields. Technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain provide a promising paradigm shift to automate processes so that it can increase both the agriculture domain (e.g., increasing yields, reducing manpower, enhancing food distribution, and resource utilization, and the healthcare one (e.g., for monitoring healthy people to prevent future illness or reducing hospitalizations in cases of less risky diseases). The objective of this workshop is to shed some light on cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research, and commercial solutions in the field of IoT applications and solutions for the agriculture and healthcare domains, with a specific focus on all the solutions that aim at the fulfillment of the "Green Deal" to boost the efficient use of resources and promote sustainability of the sector itself.
