Abstract |
Creating, designing, and developing transformative business models is born as a proposal to expand the predominant economic perspective towards social and environmental dimensions that, aligned, achieve a triple impact. This triple impact generates and delivers value to society flexibly, uniquely, and sustainably. This essay shows specific aspects of the evolution of business models through the most used approaches for their design, creation, or restructuring to reflect on triple-impact models. Similarly, attention is paid to the importance of including, in these models, governance elements associated with the leader required to lead triple-impact organizations. Central ideas of feliemprendimiento are considered, from which the suitability of an entrepreneur with purpose, who seeks to be happy and transcend, with the ability to lead those who are part of the organization and its environment, is addressed. After these theoretical reflections, we find that governance plays a central role in the triple impact model and is an important element for transformational leadership and sustainability. Leadership nurtured by a happy entrepreneur is valuable for shaping an organizational environment focused on sustainability, growth, cooperation, and the creation of a sustainable business environment. |
