Internet of Things-education technologies are bringing disruptive innovation in different sectors, radically changing the ways in which objects interact, are controlled and managed. In order to allow professionals and technicians to he able to operate with these new educational technologies and to benefit from them, various training initiatives have been activated, one of their new methods is usage of Internet of Things-education. According to the 5" wave theory, the new reality in educational businesses has two wings: 1-) environmental and social, 2-) industrial business that dominates the world economy and plays a vital role in developing countries. Therefore, a strong response to minimize the negative consequences of today's shocks and tomorrow's crises on training SMEs, preserves the delivery of critical business processes and protects people and assets. Sustainable governance system, providing a model to implement the solutions of the fifth wave theory to prepare cultural synergy of social capital, development of educational infrastructure is in the roadmap of the authors. This paper deals with a new theory called the 5th wave regarding MOOCs policies on national and international level regarding best practices in German educational SMEs through the 5th wave theory towards and 9PSG model best practices in smart education at German Sustainable Smart SMEs and future of Industry 4.0 Readiness.
