In light of results of last surveys answered by Chilean opinion leaders (Visions of sustainable development towards a 2050 (1) Chile) as well as the surveys made on 2013 (Corporative Communication and Social Managerial Responsibility (2)) and the acknowledgement of Better RSE Ranking of 2013 from ProHumana Asociation) this year in Chile we can see a knowledge full of promise in this area, but a real growth far bellow of what we could expect, we also see that Energy companies, the banks and Retail Sale business (apart distinction deserves Gerdau Aza Siderurgic recognized as best among 35 companies), are extensively over the results of mining companies and of Pulp-Paper Manufacturing and lumber-trade. It is important to mention since the big companies are referent for the biggest economic power and development of our country. We are frankly delayed with a more powerful and committed with its labor sources Human Resource, in so far as these satisfied its basic necessities, provide more friendly working environments, and it really demonstrate environmental responsability. Every company that pretends to have influence or pull as part of a country which is tracking to reach a full growth must understands that rigid structures no longer works in now companies, that information is no longer flowing slowly among the stakeholders, that its competence is no longer only local but also international, and that paternalist models are conservatist and they do not work in a full developed country. |
