| Abstract | Cars are an indispensable means of transport in people's lives. In order to better alleviate the problems of environmental pollution and lack of resources, in this paper, in Nanchang City, the time-sharing electric car rental business model was put forward. The feasibility of Nanchang time-sharing electric car rental was analyzed. Through the analytic hierarchy process, the profitability of the time-sharing electric car rental operation model was analyzed, it is found that the timeshare electric car rental business model based on Autolib in Nanchang has a sustainable profitability, and can meet the needs of consumers, but still needs to further improve the system. |
