Abstract The energy input and industrial system pollution emission data of Foshan City from 2012 to 2019 were analyzed. It was found that the ecological efficiency of Foshan industrial system has a weak correlation with energy input standard and industrial pollution emission index. According to this, the study proposed relevant policies and measures from three aspects: macro, meso and micro: Macro-driven ecological technology to transform traditional manufacturing; at the same time, actively perfect the forest-type city to improve the quality of the ecological environment; strengthen the industrial agglomeration effect and build an ecological industrial park on the meso ; Microscopically guided by circular economy, and thoroughly implement cleaner production.
