| Abstract | The paper proposes a generalized model of competitive intelligence usable in enterprises in the Slovak Republic based on the challenges of the current business environment, acquired theoretical knowledge in the field of competitive intelligence, data from foreign surveys and also on the basis of answering on our marketing research questions which confirm that the use of competitive intelligence leads to a more positive tendency in market share as well as strengthening the competitive position. |
