| Abstract | Today's highly competitive environment forces companies to pay attention to the needs of quality and human resources to be sustainable. This article presents the authors' opinion regarding the relationship that exists between total quality management, human resources management, competitiveness and ISO 9000 and the impact of this relationship on the sustainability of the business. The proposed conceptual models help companies to improve of business efficiency and understanding of the relationship between the practices. Quality and its management is a crucial factor for stable economic growth of organizations and companies. Quality management in companies is the main element of technical control. It is a much broader topic affecting almost all business processes. The quality management system includes safety procedures, safety standards and checklists on how to perform various tasks. Safety standards and working practices are an integral part of examining and improving work organization, working practices and determine the required consumption of work time. How this information is perceived and understood presents a case study of how managers perceive and use management system. The output is also evaluated the effect of working conditions and requirements of health and safety at work, which is applied to companies using models of security management |
