To solve the environmental problems of climate change and resource saving, ultimately speaking, it is to implement the green consumption in the global scope. To realize the green consumption, only the consumers' consciousness of rational consumption is not enough. Individuals and businesses tend to determine their own consumption or production behavior from seeking only their own economic interests. It is generally difficult for them to take the sustainable development of the model consciously. Now the role the countries play in green consumption system construction is especially important. The government should take economic measures in green consumption, such as green financial policy, monetary policy, price policy, consumer guide, consumer education, consumer credit, consumers' rights protection, etc. |
