| Abstract | Science, innovations, knowledge and technology were, and remain at the foundation of the traditional capitalism which is a benchmark or a model of socio-economic life. Access to education and knowledge should lead over the time to a democratization of social relations within a group and also among social groups. The bond between the knowledge-born democracy and the functioning of social systems (e.g. countries, organizations, etc.) depends on the values which the members of the society treasure and the institutions which command formal or informal rules of behavior. The issues regarding the manner in which the tacit knowledge is acquired, processed and spread within an organization and even within a country is still insufficiently clarified in the literature. The reason is that the connection between tacit knowledge and democratization of social systems is directly and indirectly related to the values and the moral conscience of individuals. |
