Did organisations learn any lessons from the crises and set out a framework for business sustainability? What actions need to be taken today in order to progress towards a more sustainable future? Will ethics play any role in the sustainability of a business or will the corporate world ignore any conscience factor? This chapter elaborates further on these points and uncovers the factors responsible for future uncertainties, sustainability initiatives taken by a few organisations, and enumerates a framework for business sustainability. |
