Abstract A circular economy begins to be formalized and widely recognized as the conceptual formulation, strategic and contemporary economic circuits are dominated by "confrontation" plus "competition". They meet emerging osmotic productive flows, which result in an ultimate conventional performance order. It appears that there's "cover" operational management generated by high technology found in global value chains. In this way it achieved "green performance" by eliminating step by step inadequate conventional technologies. Now networking confrontation and competition in the integrated economy determine paradoxical structural organizational de-basification. In the environment characterized by confrontation and competition, managers are set by way of the activities of the companies they organize and lead. They interpret markets, consumers, risks, and changes in the environment horizon of expectations of strong controlled value chains of firms. The article presents the effects of integration / networking value chains in Romania, expressed appreciation for "high predictability" and "high / positively impact" on value chains in the transition to the new knowledge-based economy. It concludes that if a value chain "has value", you already know "what is good in conventional economics" means creation. Therefore, it is considered that the set of integrated value chains in an economy are the engine of endogenous growth.
