| Abstract |
Chinese paper industry faces crisis on scarcity of main production resources, excessive energy consumption, severity of industrial pollution, low level of wastepaper recycling and so on. In order to coordinate sustainable development of society, economy and environment, environmental administration has experienced the process from end-of-pipe treatment to cleaner production, then to ecological industry practice. Through research on formation and development of Papermaking Ecological Industrial Park based on circular economy, the thesis gives constructive advice on sound development of paper industry. |
