To this end, the study presents as theoretical elements the current global and Brazilian context in terms of emerging social demands, the concepts and strategies of Coproduction and Circular Economy, and finally, the MBS. When dealing with the statements of the research subjects, we tried to establish a dialogical relationship between the theoretical reference of support and the elements adhering to these concepts. Thus, it was observed that the Program, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030, presents itself as a consolidated experience, with important characteristics inherent to Coproduction and Circular Economy. The MBS acts with efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness, in favor of the public good, by means of Coproduction, predominantly by self-mobilization, in a participative and social management; as well as, develops welfare and educational actions that aim to transcend the linear model of production and consumption, a characteristic adherent to the Circular Economy.
