| Abstract |
Circular economy is a modern new economic development mode, and is an important embodiment of the concept of scientific development. Developing circular economy is an important measure of implementing the strategy of sustainable development, and is also the pressing requirement to attain the goal of building a well-off society in an all-around way. Based on studying the present situation and problem of the current China's county circular economy, especially after in-depth analyzing the practice of circular economy development in Luozhuang district of Linyi city, we put forward three countermeasures to better develop the county circular economy. The first one is to perfect the system and increase the investment. The second one is to strengthen measures and highlight key points. The third one is to integrate resources and carry on experimental units. |
