| Abstract |
Under the background of structural reform on the supply side of the country, industrial transformation is once again taken seriously as the core of economic transformation, and the transformation of resource-based industries has once again become the focus of attention as a difficult problem of industrial transformation. Based on circular economy, this paper will study the restrictive factors and countermeasures for the green development of resource-based industries in ecological economic zones. Through the analysis of the constraints of industrial green development, it is found that the circular economy takes into account the resource carrying capacity and the ecological environment capacity, and pays attention to the quality of economic development, which is the realistic path to achieve green development. Therefore, to build a green industrial chain based on circular economy, we must take the circular economy as a guide, so that enterprises can adapt to changes in the macro environment, seize new business opportunities, vigorously develop green marketing, and then promote the development of China's circular economy. |
