| Abstract |
The SWOT analysis identifies and highlights the advantages and disadvantages of country's sustainable development, as well as the external and internal threats and opportunities in this area. It was confirmed that the strategic goal of economic transformation in country is innovative development, which foresees the rejection of traditional scientific and technical solutions in favor of fundamentally new advanced technologies. The analysis of qualitative methods that build alternatives to the scenarios of a desirable future is represented. |
