| Abstract |
The paper work starts from the expression of the idea of "circular economy" in the EU Action Plan of 2015, in order to show its rapid and wide incorporation into environmental regulations, especially in the area of waste. In second place, the paper indicates the characteristics that can be seen in the circular economy as a legal principle, and shows that it is not as new as it usually appears. Finally, the work claims the values and techniques of the Law against the hegemony that technological and economic concepts have achieved in environmental regulations. |
