| Abstract |
In 2021, the Chamber of Agriculture of Pays de la Loire region (CAPDL), located in northwestern France, launched a demonstrator dedicated to urban agriculture research. The whole project is both financially supported by the Chamber of Agriculture and the Regional Council of Pays de la Loire, as urban agriculture appears to offer many opportunities in the region. This demonstrator aims to become an experimental urban farm for R&D projects with monitoring indicators studied. The objectives of this demonstrator will be to capitalize on technical and economic references, disseminate results and become a tool in order to train professionals and facilitate exchanges and network in this field. It is also an educational platform for training in urban agriculture for a large public ( students, schools, other visitors, etc.). In this study, we will focus on strawberries culture which get good results after one year of experimentation. |
