Abstract |
Jin Xuan is a professor at University of Surrey and the Director of the UKRI Interdisciplinary Centre for the Circular Chemical Economy (CircularChem), which brings together stakeholders from academia, industry, government, NGOs, and the general public to transform the chemical industry into a circular economy. It plays a key role in helping the UK to reduce waste and the environmental impacts of production and consumption and creating opportunities for new UK industries. Benjamin Cummings is a research fellow at the University of Surrey working in the CircularChem Centre to identify and address non-technical barriers in transitioning the UK to the chemical circular economy. His work focusses on carbon dioxide capture/ utilization to develop scalable circular chemical solutions. |
