Abstract |
In this paper, an IoT device capable of calculating the SoH health level of lithium batteries through a low-cost IoT system is presented, allowing them to be reused as stationary batteries. The device has proven effective in the analysis of more than 200 batteries of different ratings, obtaining accurate results compared to a professional laboratory instrument. In addition, the device is able to perform this analysis quickly, efficiently and at low cost, making it a valuable tool for managing and optimising the use of these batteries. The device's ability to enable the reuse of lithium batteries can have important implications for cost reduction and environmental protection. In the context of current high energy prices, the ability to store energy efficiently and at lower cost can be a significant advantage for many businesses and households. |
