Abstract In the field of CSR, the importance of transparency and ethics in poultry operations is underlined. The adoption of circular practices not only benefits the environment, but also contributes to sustainable development and community well-being. Thus, the research advocates for a holistic approach to address environmental challenges, promoting Corporate Social Responsibility as an integral element in the poultry value chain. This approach seeks to minimize environmental impacts and promote the social commitment of companies in the industry, consolidating them as responsible actors in the context of sustainable development. From this perspective, the research focuses on addressing environmental challenges through innovative practices in the poultry industry, seeking not only to reduce negative impacts, but also to promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Therefore, its development focuses on rethinking the value chain, adopting circular economy strategies that optimize resources and close material cycles. Key areas of innovation, such as technologies for sustainable waste management and sustainable agricultural practices, are highlighted, as collaboration between actors in the chain is crucial for their growth.
