| Abstract |
First of all, problems and errors of circular economy in coal enterprises are summarized. And then in view of economy and strategic management, the nature of circular economy is analyzed, that is relative diversification and vertical integration based on marginal reward over marginal cost. Moreover, the solution of flexible development of circular, economy is provided, explained with "3+3 model". Finally, the framework of circular economy mode in coal enterprises is constructed with 3 important respects, which are control of node flexibility, evaluation of resource reward and risk appraisal of new programs. |
