Circular economy is a kind of ecological economy and an important way to change economic growth pattern and realize the coordination among economy, resources and environment. Deeply exploring the theory of circular economy and greatly pushing forward the establishment and perfection of pertaining mechanism constitute important tasks of developing circular economy. This paper analyzed the connotation, basic principles and nature of circular economy, its vital importance; proposed relevant policies and constructive mechanism of promoting circular economy. |
