| Abstract |
Large and medium industrial enterprises are not only the main force for the economic development of Heilongjiang Province, but significant carriers of technological innovation. Through network EBM model, this paper makes a measurement analysis on the green technology innovation efficiency. This research will provide both theoretical and political reference for the economic development and efficiency improvement of Heilongjiang. At the final step, this paper suggests to efficiently introduce foreign investment and foreign 'clean' high technology, so as to promote the competition and development of technology, and to strengthen the two stages for green technology innovation activities, so that the process of research results transforming to real productivity could be controlled. In addition, it also suggests that the government should give useful advices for enterprises' green technology innovation. |
