Abstract |
The 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) reflects an integrated approach to China's environmental problems, including mechanisms to stimulate green and low-carbon production, measures to improve the quality of the ecosphere. Environmental innovation is progressing significantly towards "sustainable development," through targeted integration into the green economy. They have become a tool for the restoration and conservation of natural resources, the improvement of the economic well-being of the people and the competitiveness of the country in the world. The concept of "environmental innovation" includes technological, social and institutional innovations. The most significant and perspective innovative directions in the ecological sphere for China are: low-carbon power, energy saving, energy efficiency, climate change. The second area is represented by pollution control measures (atmosphere, water, soil). The third is information and communication technologies. |
