Abstract |
Technological innovation, in particular green technologies, has been regarded as promoting green development. Patent is an important indicator of technological innovation, which contributes to high-quality development. This paper involves system dynamics to research the structure and methods of patent transfer in Chinese universities. It is found that researchers have the most prominent influence on patent transfer. The government funds have more significant impact on patent transfer than enterprises funds. Patent agencies are also an effective means. Therefore, this paper proposes three policy recommendations around key variables. Firstly, it is necessary to expand the scale of scientific researchers and increase the proportion to build a high-level scientific research team. Secondly, it is important to increase the channel of financial support and improve the guarantee mechanism of resource allocation. Thirdly, it is beneficial to build a specialised service platform and strengthen the supervision of patent agency industry. |
