Abstract New energy technologies from renewable and alternative resources represent, in the trend of technological innovation, inputs for economic and socio-cultural growth by investing especially countries with small developing economies. Many of them with different and complex morphologies territorial and socio-environmental issues, are invested by tecnoconstructive and innovative solutions for a new governance which is reflected in energy economic strategies, in the current "global warming". The objectives are aimed at the wellbeing of natural environments and built with comfort, safety and security, in a sustainable thesis interventions that highlight the quality of green technologies in sustainable buildings, especially for lighting, heating and all the comforts. Use of clean resources such as in Southeast Asian countries, and in the other. The methodologies indicate the application of efficient systems as photovoltaic, thermodynamic systems, ICT Technologies, and ecoconstructive with environmentally sound management in different regions. The challenge smart growth, highlight the efficient systems for green buildings with non-invasive and contextualized interventions for new buildings and built in vulnerable environments, pointing to economic development.
