Abstract |
The economical reorganizations, strict competition conditions, ecological problems force countries and organizations to form the structures and means to speed up innovation cycle "science-manufacture-usage" and new products (technical decisions) and lead the "green" technology to economy. Intellectual property is traditional divided into two branches "copyright" and "industrial property. Patents become the main means at the creation of the competitive advantage for the company and achieve higher overall performance. The single purpose of strategic planning is to enable an organization to gain, as efficiently as possible, a sustainable edge over its' competitors. Strategic planning is formal analytic process or system that is designed to achieve the long-term purpose and objectives of an organization. By analysing the literature the following conclusions are received: 1. The main types of industrial property are: (1) patents; (2) utility models; (3) industrial design; (4) trademarks, service marks; (5) indications of source or appellations of origin; (6) trade names; (7) repression of unfair competition; 2. In Frascati manual is defined the next science and technology indicators: (1) patent statistics; (2) the technology balance of payments (TBP); (3) Bibliometrics; (4) high-technology products and industries; (5) innovation statistics; (6) human resources for science and technology (HRST); (7) information society and indicators; 3. A patent document is a rich source of information, containing specific technical detail. A large volume of published patent documents is available from databases throughout the world. This makes patents on of the largest information sources (about 34 million patent documents) form tracking innovative activities. The technical content of the patent document is organised and indexed using patent classifications. 4. Now purposes and the tasks of organization should capture not only financial purposes and tasks. The estimation of activity in organizations of the economy, based on knowledge, should include parameters of balanced scorecard and intellectual capital. 5. Management of every organization needs to analyse its' environment (to identify opportunities and threats) and organization's resources (to identify strengths and weakness). It is offered to include the analysis of objects of the industrial property in process of strategic planning. The analysis of the advanced scientific information will allow to form innovative strategy and to provide competitive ability. 6. The organization, when arise idea or has the task to modernize the goods (technical decisions) should carry out patentical-conjunctural-ecological investigations. 7. The data of patent research can be used for value engineering analysis. |
