| Abstract |
This paper focuses on the sustainable development and its influence on business management and decision-making. It is discussed the integration of sustainability into the system of business performance management. It is needed to create the integrated system of performance management that would reflect all effects of business sustainable initiatives. After applying sustainability to business performance we must use the right metrics for business performance and improve the process of input data collection and analysis. It is necessary to integrate the sustainability into the business planning and reporting too. At the end there is mentioned the proposal of the business performance management model in the context of sustainable production and consumption. |
