| Abstract |
Because of the complexity and dynamics of the environment there is no universal formula for achieving effective organizational change. Analysis of empirical research proves the positive impact of business process management on the efficiency and functioning of the system but on the condition that they adapt to the specific requirements of the place and time. The purpose of this report is to identify the main factors influencing the effective management of processes for achieving sustainable development in an enterprise. A survey was conducted between September 2017 and March 2018 and a model of influencing factors for effective process management was proposed. The model illustrates the organization's activity, which is influenced by how well-critical factors are balanced with each other. The model investigates causal links that lead to effective business results. |
