Abstract This paper analyzes the business models of mobile networking community with the framework of elements of business model theory, develops the creation mechanism of commercial value of mobile networking community, and analyzes the source of the dilemma of business model of mobile networking community, and puts forward approaches of business model innovation to break the dilemma. The creation of business model is based on the basic value of mobile networking community, and the member scale is the essence of the basic value. Business model of mobile networking community is not well-rounded. To achieve the sustainable development, we need develop the marketing platform function of mobile networking community, combine mobile networking community and e-commerce, and build services assembling platform.
