| Abstract |
The party's "11th 5 years plan" clearly states: By 2010, the unit of GDP energy consumption lower than in 2005 about 20 percent, major pollutants reduced by 10%. Circular economy is economic developing mode of the society in resource reducing and friendly environment. The paper expatiated important theory factor of developing circular economy based on "decoupling" theory and 3R principle. It explained significances and characters of developing circular economy, decoupling practice and inspiration from the view of resource, economic growth and environment impact combining with decoupling theory, in order to give important guidance for sustainable development of achieving developing area. |
