Abstract |
The proposed approach for making complex decisions in terms of implementing smart city concept is based on the advantages of the method of universal coefficients, which allows different stakeholders, regardless of their level of education and training, to express their own preferences in their natural form and immediately see to what consequences their decisions lead to. |
