Abstract |
The article proposes a methodology for optimizing the costs of building a video surveillance system (VSS) for Smart City. The technique assumes two-level optimization based on various methods of mathematical programming This approach makes it possible to increase the design efficiency of a complex geographically distributed VSS Smart City. The available financial and technical capabilities are taken into account, as well as the list of negative factors that impede the deployment of such VSS or make it more expensive. The global level of optimization is proposed to be performed based on the application of the apparatus of game theory. The model for evaluating strategies for financing VSS for Smart City is based on the toolkit of bilinear differential quality games with several terminal surfaces, developed for the case of fuzzy information. |
